More than ever multi-disciplinarian, or even “non”-disciplinarian, Seconde Nature invites you to feel the pulse of the most recent creative sound, visual, art and multi-media works... For its fourth event the festival is once again placing these artworks within their contemporaneity in public spaces around the town : 10 days of festivities, discovery and artistic and human encounters to provide you with the time to rediscover our desires and your curiosity.

Active in the world of sound art since 1995, the Japanese composer, Ryoji Ikeda, is one of the leading figures of minimalist electronic music. With his datamatics series he continues to develop his musical and graphic research into « data » aesthetics, into the computer data that is used to codify reality, to represent it in an abstract manner. Datamatics [ver.2.0] is an audiovisual project in which Ryoji Ikeda uses this « data » as the source of his sound and visual creations.
