The communicating wall, or CityWall, is a participative urban media project for the general public. It is a huge interactive screen. Thanks to its « multi-touch » system of sensors, one can literally touch the screen and thus modify its content. The wall collects data from a multitude of sources (telephone, Internet, video sensors, computerized data collecting units, etc.) and « re-transforms » this data into tactile visualisations. It is an urban wall/screen which creates data-based relationships adapted to the scale of the human body and which thus links the body to its environment.
« Sound Lights » Initiation Workshop
4 - 11 June
Seconde Nature, Aix-en-Provence
The « Sound Light » workshop run by Jean Philippe Renoult is a course that will study light as a source of sound.
